Red Penguin Services

Founded as Red Penguin Services Co., Inc. with one promise: dependable, white-glove service.

2017

Infrastructure Begins

Expanded into web hosting and began investing in infrastructure we could operate and maintain directly.

2018

Managed Services & Voice

Launched comprehensive managed services and Frozen PBX, our original VoIP division.

2020

Greater Independence

Reduced reliance on third-party cloud providers and grew partnerships with leaders including Lenovo and Cisco.

2021

Dedicated & Virtual Servers

Added dedicated servers and VPS hosting as a supported alternative to hyperscale cloud platforms.

2023

Telecom Expansion

Strengthened voice and communications capabilities through Sangoma and Grandstream partnerships.

2025

Kliotec Acquisition

Acquired Kliotec Internet Services, aligning decentralized, cost-effective hosting with our own mission.

2026

One Frozen Lake

Unified our backend in June and began consolidating customer-facing systems in July.
