These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, software, websites, APIs, authentication systems, portals, and applications provided by Frozen Lake LLC ("Frozen Lake," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any Frozen Lake service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Frozen Lake LLC is a Christian-based company. We operate under the conviction that our work is ultimately done as unto the Lord — with integrity, honesty, and genuine care for those we serve. "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men." — Colossians 3:23 (NKJV)
Frozen Lake provides a variety of hosted, software, and managed services including but not limited to the following:
- FusionAuth-powered Identity Provider (OAuth2 / OIDC / SAML SSO)
- Social login support — Google, Microsoft, Auth0, Discord, Apple, GitHub, PayPal, Amazon, and others
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and session management
- Website hosting and cloud infrastructure
- DNS, networking, and email services
- Secure SMTP relay and transactional mail
- Backup and disaster recovery services
- Device management and endpoint protection

- Patch management, monitoring, and cybersecurity
- VoIP and telecommunications solutions
- Helpdesk support and vendor coordination
All Frozen Lake portals, dashboards, support systems, and ticketing platforms are also covered by these Terms.
Authentication integrations, moderation and utility bots, ticketing and reporting bots, role and permission synchronization, and API-connected Discord services. All Discord interactions remain subject to Discord's own Terms of Service.
REST APIs, SDKs, integrations, API keys and tokens. Usage and rate limits apply as documented per service.
To use Frozen Lake services, you must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of consent in your region), not be barred from using online services under U.S. or international law, agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and — if creating accounts on behalf of an organization — be duly authorized to bind that organization.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your credentials, securing your devices, not sharing passwords or access tokens, and enabling MFA when prompted. Frozen Lake is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
If you sign in using a third-party OAuth provider (Google, Microsoft, Discord, Apple, GitHub, PayPal, Amazon, etc.), you authorize us to receive authentication data from that provider solely for login and account management. We do not control the provider's own policies or uptime. We request only minimum required OAuth scopes and will never access emails, files, calendars, or contacts without explicit user consent and documented purpose.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security concerns, violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, illegal activity, nonpayment, or interference with Frozen Lake systems.
You may use Frozen Lake services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Engage in illegal activities or assist others in doing so
- Attack, disrupt, scan, or probe networks, servers, or APIs without written authorization
- Harass, defraud, threaten, or harm others
- Host, store, or transmit malware, harmful code, or stolen credentials
- Circumvent service limits, rate limits, or security controls
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited email through our SMTP relay
- Host or distribute extremist, hate, or doxxing content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Perform unauthorized penetration testing on Frozen Lake or client systems
- Use services for adult content prohibited by applicable law
Frozen Lake may implement API rate limits and throttle or revoke access to protect system stability.
You are responsible for properly configuring bot permissions, complying with Discord's Terms of Service, and ensuring server members understand any data collection. Bots may not be used for harassment, scraping, or automated abuse.
Discord bots operated by Frozen Lake may collect only data necessary for stated functionality: message content (when required), timestamps, user IDs, Discord profile data, and attachments for ticketing or moderation workflows. Discord API usage must not exceed rate limits or engage in spam or self-botting activities.
Fees are monthly, annual, or per-use as specified in your service agreement. Recurring services auto-renew until cancelled.
Payments processed through Stripe, PayPal, or by invoice via ACH or card. Frozen Lake does not store full credit card numbers.
Services may be suspended for non-payment. Balances more than 30 days overdue may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Georgia law.
Refunds are issued only when required by law or explicitly stated in a signed agreement. Disputed invoices must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 10 business days of receipt.
Frozen Lake strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Frozen Lake is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party outages, force majeure events, or client-side failures.
Unless otherwise stated, Frozen Lake software is licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use under your subscription or contract terms. You may not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, bypass licensing controls, or sublicense any Frozen Lake software without written authorization.
Client-specific deliverables (custom websites, applications) become client property upon full payment as specified in the applicable SOW. Pre-existing Frozen Lake components and frameworks remain our property; a perpetual use license is granted as part of the deliverable.
Your use of Frozen Lake services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you provide. We process it solely to deliver contracted services and will never sell, rent, or trade your information. For Managed Services clients, we act as a data processor and will execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) upon request.
We request only minimum required OAuth scopes, never misuse or resell OAuth-provided data, and will immediately delete OAuth-sourced data upon user request. This satisfies audit requirements from Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, PayPal, Amazon, Auth0/Okta, and FusionAuth.
Frozen Lake employs TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, encryption at rest, strict access controls, bcrypt/argon2 credential hashing, regular security audits, and a zero-trust model for administrative systems. Users agree to report security issues promptly to [email protected], not exploit vulnerabilities, and refrain from unauthorized scanning or penetration testing.
Frozen Lake may terminate or restrict service for Terms violations, abuse, illegal activity, payment failure, system integrity threats, or law enforcement requests. Clients may terminate per their MSA notice period.
Upon termination: access ceases, client data is available for export for 30 days then securely deleted, outstanding balances remain due, and surviving provisions (confidentiality, IP, liability, indemnification) remain in force.
All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frozen Lake disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, continuous availability, and accuracy of data or output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Frozen Lake is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption. Total liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or $100 USD, regardless of the form of action.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frozen Lake LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of services in violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or content and data you transmit through our services.
Clients under a Managed Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) are subject to both these Terms and their executed agreement. In the event of conflict, the MSA or SOW controls for those specific services. MSA engagements include additional provisions for response time SLAs, escalation procedures, and dedicated support contacts. Contact [email protected] to request an MSA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in the Atlanta metro area under AAA rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP or confidentiality matters.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will carry a revised Effective Date and be posted at frzn.us. Active clients will be notified by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
